1.2. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Orders and Payments
2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2.2. Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
2.3. In case of payment disputes, we reserve the right to cancel the order or delay shipping until the issue is resolved.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. We ship within the United States and currently do not offer international shipping.
3.2. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delays caused by couriers are beyond our control.
3.3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
4.2. Customers must request a return within 7 days days of receiving their order.
4.3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days upon approval and are issued to the original payment method.

5.1. We guarantee that all products sold are authentic.
5.2. The condition of collectible cards is described as accurately as possible. However, grading may vary slightly from third-party assessments.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase.
6.2. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
